COACHING

Globaleyes offers individualized and customized one-on-one cross cultural coaching sessions for executives in order to enable to them to act more effectively in the global business arena.

Cross-cultural coaching will help you understand:

  • How the sense of power and responsibility is viewed in different cultures

  • Differences with respect to approaching time management

  • Leadership tendencies and decision-making styles

  • Differing communication styles

The word “leadership” is widely used, but does it mean the same thing across the world? The most successful “global” leaders are those who are willing to re-learn leadership each time they face a new situation or deal with people from different cultures.

Even those leaders who have a good knowledge of local customs have to constantly adapt to foreign business practices.

A Japanese businessperson may well know that Westerners are more individualistic, but will probably still feel isolated if he is not asked to join his colleagues for lunch.

An American businessperson may understand theoretically that the Indians tend to be indirect communicators, but will feel frustrated when his Indian colleagues or clients keep agreeing to ideas and then there is no follow up.

Our coaches use their extensive international experience to help clients empathize with colleagues, clients and partners from other cultures and build better relationships with them.

We encourage you to develop your own unique strategies and solutions for dealing successfully with cross-cultural challenges.
